• Author(s): Type last name first, followed by first name, followed Company or Affiliation and email address. All co-authors should be listed as first name, last name and email address only. Group names will not be accepted as an author.

• Abstract Length: Your abstract is limited to 500 words or less.

• Abbreviations:Abbreviations are not allowed in the title. if abbreviations are in the text, please write the full description when first used.

• Preferred Mode of Presentation: Oral, Poster, or Either (meaning no preference). When submitting their abstract, authors will be requested to indicate their preferred presentation type. Due to the final number of time slots allocated to each session, the submission of an abstract as an oral presentation does not actually guarantee that the presentation will be selected as such: in case a session receives a number of oral preferences higher than the available oral slots, the conveners will change some presentations to the poster.

• Registration Requirement: Registration is required to present your oral presentation or poster. Please have a backup author prepared to give your presentation should you not be able to attend.

• Abstract Acceptance Letters: Your abstract will be reviewed for subject and format appropriateness; notifications of acceptance/rejection will be sent by July 20, 2023.
