1. Booking in advance
As hotels during the congress are in high demand, we recommend booking your rooms in advance and paying the hotel deposit.

2. The deposit
- The deposit is solely intended for room reservation purposes. Upon arrival, please settle the room charges at the hotel front desk. The deposit will be fully refunded after check-out, following the conclusion of the congress.

- Refund processing time: approximately 14 working days.

3. Payment and invoices
- The actual amount to be paid will be calculated based on the number of days and room type of your reservation. Please verify the total booking amount with the hotel front desk upon arrival.

- Upon arrival, attendees are kindly requested to settle the accommodation fee at the hotel front desk. Upon check-out, please remember to request a corresponding invoice.

4. Hotel reservation cancellation
If attendees wish to cancel their hotel reservation after paying the deposit, the following guidelines for deposit refund will be followed:
- Before August 21: Free cancellation is allowed, and the deposit will be fully refunded.
- From August 21 to September 11, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be deducted.
- After September 11, the 100% deposit will be forfeited.
- Refund processing time: approximately 14 working days.
