Registration

Early-bird registrations are preferred in order to facilitate the planning of the scientific sessions and social events.

Registration is mandatory for participation in the scientific sessions and for oral or poster presenters.

Student Registration fee is valid for full-time students (graduate and undergraduate), post-docs are not included.

Any change or cancellation requests must be officially submitted in writing to info@iaeg2023.org.
For cancellations received by 10 August, 2023, the paid amount will be fully refunded.
For cancellations received from 11 August 2023 to 31 August 2023, the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 50% that will be invoiced as penalty.
No refund will be processed for cancellations received after 1 September 2023.
Should a delegate not attend the congress, for whatever reasons, no further claims for reimbursement can be made. No refunds shall be offered, where a service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway.

Each field trip and city tour will be reconfirmed only if the minimum number of 30 pax is reached. Less than 30 people will cancel the field trip/ city tour, if the trip or tour is canceled, the registration fee will be refunded to the original way, the registration is valid with the actual payment, and the unpaid will be regarded as invalid registration.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, such as weather, strikes, or closures of tour sites.

All delegates are invited to take a personal travel insurance.
IAEG will not be liable for any theft or damage to property and/or persons caused on-site during the Congress, by any factor whatever, unless there has been a fault, intent, or deliberate recklessness on the part of IAEG.
By registering for the Congress, attendees agree to allow IAEG to use their personal and professional information for the purpose of organizing the event and distributing related materials. IAEG may also contact attendees in the future to solicit feedback about the Congress or provide updates on future events.

To provide financial assistance to attendees who might have financial constraints, the XIV IAEG Congress 2023 is pleased to offer travel grants to welcome a wider range of participants. The congress committee hopes that the travel grants will enable more attendees to benefit from the congress and advance their careers.
Travel grants are awarded based on financial need, potential contribution to the congress, and the quality of their paper, etc. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, with decisions made as soon as practically possible.
